Session #5: You Can Only Control What You Monitor

REGISTER TODAY!

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours containing instructions for how to join the webinar.

Overview:

Ensuring raw and discharged wastewater is compliant and safe according to the standards set in place is crucial to protect people and the environment. To effectively control the treatment of incoming waters, treatment plants must monitor key water quality parameters and be aware of the results in a timely manner. Monitoring these parameters on a continuous basis can be difficult for treatment plants if they solely rely on an external lab for results. This webinar will review how to monitor parameters such as BOD, COD, and ammonia quickly and how these rapid results can help mitigate treatment challenges.

At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

          • Awareness of the challenges of managing incoming waters
          • Why BOD, COD, ammonia, and other key parameters are important to monitor
          • Understand the efficiency, reliability, and user-friendliness of MANTECH’s rapid measuring technologies.
          • How to leverage rapid results for treatment optimization
