Before forwarding us any personal information, please be advised that any information gathered here may be used in the aggregate for research and development or for future site development and, if you ask us to, to send you educational and member-related materials such as board agendas or event invitations.

Information submitted at the time of registration or submission may be used for marketing and promotional purposes to keep users informed of our activities. We will make every reasonable effort to maintain all visitors’ information in a secure environment.
