Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.omwa.org or any associated website operated by the Ontario Municipal Water Association.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions and members
Some sections of the Service offer a subscription for updates, new content and website changes. Other sections or files are reserved for board and OMWA members including, but not limited to, events, downloads and board agendas. These are provided free, but require users to agree to provide their contact information to access them.
Our Service may allow registered users to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the content including text and images, and to ensure it does not violate copyright or other laws. By posting such material, you grant OMWA the right to make it accessible to other users.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by OMWA. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that OMWA shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change our website content, and to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We reserve the editorial right to modify content of submitted material to comply with copyright and other laws, as well as to comply with the standards, goals and mission of the OMWA. We reserve the right to refuse applications for subscriptions and member access, and to cancel existing access at any time.
If a material revision is made to these terms, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
