This training session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to optimize the selection, operation, and maintenance of valves in water and wastewater processes. As the only Canadian manufacturer capable of providing the full range of AWWA valves, we will cover cutting-edge technologies, practical applications, and best practices that improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance system performance.
At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

Facilitator: Collins Rexford Ankamah

Our facilitator is Collins Rexford Ankamah, Applications Engineer at VAHN-TECH. Collins is a Mechanical Engineer with nearly two decades of experience in operations and maintenance. Collins has worked extensively across the energy, oil & gas, and water industries, delivering practical engineering solutions. In his current role, Collins supports customers with valve technologies and applications. He is passionate about reliability, efficiency, and driving value in critical infrastructure projects

These 1-hour virtual sessions are offered every alternate Thursday starting at 2:00 pm. Sessions are complimentary to all OMWA members and the fee for non-members is $30.00 CAD plus HST per person per session.
