Overview:

Natural resources are finite . . . that goes without saying but what if there were non-metallic alternatives to be used within our infrastructure? And what if these options were cost effective and user friendly? Let’s dip our toes into the possibilities of “plastic” products that could be offered as an alternative to our costly conventional current choices.

At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

                        • Acknowledging the difference in materials currently available to consumers in the service tubing space.
                        • What Pipe options are best for which applications.
                        • The difference between PEX and PE-RT pipe options.
                        • What is a shark bite connection?
                        • What is glass infused nylon and how could it transform the landscape we live in?
