Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours containing instructions for how to join the webinar.
Overview:
SCADA systems just got a new roadmap! In this webinar, you will learn about the newly published ISA112 Part 1 SCADA System management standard, and why it was developed to make SCADA systems easier design, upgrade, operate and maintain. Designed as a vendor-neutral lifecycle framework, ISA112 Part 1 offers guidance on everything from terminology and diagrams to operation and modernization. It provides a common SCADA language across disciplines, supporting both brownfield modernization and greenfield projects for a wide range of sectors, including municipal water/wastewater. ISA has been specifically designed to make it easier to scope, specify, design, build, update, maintain, and use SCADA systems through their entire lifespan.
At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:
-
- What the ISA112 Part 1 SCADA standard is about and why it was developed

- How ISA112 makes it easier for utilities to specify their standardized wants and needs
- How ISA112 provides a standardized ways for utilities to organize their SCADA system standards
- How ISA112 makes easier for consultants, system integrators and vendors to scope, price and build SCADA systems
