Session #1 – Be Aware Even if You’re Not There

ON DEMAND RECORDING

Expires Wed.Feb. 7, 2024

Overview:

Continuously monitoring water quality parameters (e.g., pH, alkalinity, turbidity, hardness, ammonia, COD and BOD) is critical for any water and wastewater treatment process and neglecting to do so risks public health and environmental protection. Staying on top of continuous sampling and analysis is time consuming and many utilities often lack the bandwidth. Online process analyzers can help! This webinar will identify how these analyzers function to keep operators informed without detracting from other tasks.

At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

                          • Identify key wastewater, drinking water and stormwater quality parameters to monitor
                          • Understand how online process analyzers work
                          • Discover the benefits of online process analyzers
                          • Assess the applicability of online process analyzers
