Overview:

Do you know the myths surrounding chlorine measurement and DPD chemistry? From chlorine measurements being selective to chlorine, to high readings due to overfeeding of chemistry, this webinar will cover common chlorine measurement myths.

 

At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

              • Learn methods that best suit your application and needs
              • Become educated on disinfection measurement techniques and their differences
              • Understand how chlorine works in free Chlorine and chloramine systems

      Eric Dibble

      Our facilitator is Eric Dibble, Regional Sales Manager-East (US & CAD) of HF Scientific. HF Scientific works with SCG Process as their local Ontario representative for all municipal applications. Eric is a Biomedical Engineer with experience in both the sales and operational sides of water treatment. A graduate of Miami University (OH), Eric has worked with FCA, Alpha Refrigeration, WestRock and now HF scientific. Eric is based out of northwest Florida and is passionate about helping people solve their water treatment problems.

       

      Logistics:
      These 1-hour virtual sessions are offered every alternate Thursday starting at 2:00 pm.  Sessions are complimentary to all OMWA members and the fee for non-members is $30.00 CAD plus HST per person per session.

      The OMWA will provide a certificate recognizing participation in these On the Job Training sessions.
      Attendance may also qualify as a Continuing Knowledge Activity for the PEO PEAK program
