Overview:
Inflow/Infiltration (I/I) in manholes costs money. Municipalities can install or specify simple methods and materials to stop this unnecessary burden on the sanitary sewer system.
At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Understand how to prioritize repairs
- Learn how to calculate how much I/I cost your community
- Discover hidden costs
- Obtain an overview of simple long lasting I/I prevention materials and methods
- Understand how to remove lid plugs in the cold

Facilitator:
Tim North
Our facilitator is Tim North, General Manager of Cretex Specialty Products. Tim has been installing, selling and training installers on methods and materials to prevent Inflow/Infiltration in sewer manholes since 1999.
Logistics:
These 1-hour virtual sessions are offered every alternate Thursday starting at 2:00 pm. Sessions are complimentary to all OMWA members and the fee for non-members is $30.00 CAD plus HST per person per session.
