Overview:
There are many different water quality tests to ensure that water is compliant and safe according to the standards set to protect people and the environment including BOD, COD & TOC testing. The results from these tests are crucial during any process that involves water. Most methods are not helpful for real-time monitoring as they can take up to hours or days to complete. Not to mention, many of which use toxic chemicals and require lab trained personnel to perform. This webinar will review the methods used for testing BOD, COD & TOC and include information about MANTECH’s PeCOD® analyzer, a faster, safer, and greener alternative.
At the completion of this one-hour OJT session, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:

Our facilitator is Robert Menegotto, CEO of MANTECH, a manufacturer of innovative water and soil quality analyzers. With 25+ years of experience and observing 100s of utilities and laboratories struggling with inefficient water quality testing, Robert saw an opportunity to develop faster, simpler, and greener solutions. As CEO, Robert is involved in MANTECH’s continuous development of innovative solutions while maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science for Biochemistry & Business from the University of Guelph.

These 1-hour virtual sessions are offered every alternate Thursday starting at 2:00 pm. Sessions are complimentary to all OMWA members and the fee for non-members is $30.00 CAD plus HST per person per session.Questions:
