Overview:
Join us for an informative and interactive webinar that will explain all the elements involved in renewing your drinking water certificate and walk you through how the applications are processed. Common problems with applications will be addressed, as well as how issues with applications are communicated out to operators. The presentation will also discuss what the options are when training requirements have not been met.

Presenter: Lisa Christie, M.A.
Lisa Christie is currently the Program Manager at the Ontario Water Wastewater Certification Office (OWWCO). Lisa began working with the Certification Program more than 13 years ago. She has held a number of different roles within the program, and took on the role of Program Manager in late February 2016. Before joining the certification program, she spent 4 years living and teaching in Hong Kong. Lisa holds a Master of Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment. Lisa and the OWWCO team are dedicated to providing operators with the certification information they need.
