Reap the Benefits

Membership in the OMWA is composed of municipalities, public utilities commissions, committees of council and other authorities that direct and operate publicly owned water systems, as well as wastewater and stormwater infrastructure. A nominal annual fee benefits the organization as a whole – and extends to all of its employees and elected council members.

Join our almost 180 members in an association that’s been recognized by the Ontario government as the respected voice of municipal water supply. Connect with people from across the province with the same knowledge and responsibilities as you.

It doesn’t matter whether you have a single municipal water system, or many, whether you operate your own water utility or if your water system is operated for you by a third party. We welcome all municipalities. Application form is here.

Associate Members

Non-municipal organizations, businesses and commercial organizations, agencies, schools, conservation authorities, First Nations and ministries within provincial governments in any jurisdiction who are interested in the water industry may be admitted, upon acceptance of your application to the OMWA Board of Directors.
