Justin is currently a Supervisor of Water Distribution working for ENWIN Utilities in the City of Windsor.  With 22 years experience within the water distribution field, Justin has been involved in various committees and working groups within the industry. Justin joined the OMWA board in 2020 and was recently elected President of OMWA.

Eric is a former Air Force telecommunications officer who left the military in the mid-90s to work in the Hi-Tech sector. In 2003, he joined the Communications Security Establishment, where he has spent his career performing various aspects of cyber defence, from hands-on analysis of computer attacks to software development and fostering external partnerships, to his current position supervising the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security’s Sensor Operations team.
