In collaboration with Homewood Health, the Ontario Municipal Water Association (OMWA) is offering this free one-hour webinar
The challenges and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic can be overwhelming with social isolation, worry over family and friends, concern for our own wellbeing, and changes to work and home routines.

But there are effective techniques that can help to bring us back to equilibrium. This session will explore all aspects of the stress response, focusing on practical tips and tools to bring us to optimal stress levels, thereby helping us to maximize our energy and performance in the face of COVID-19.
During this one-hour wellness session participants will:

Understand what stress is
• Become aware of what causes stress
• Develop stress reduction skills
• Build a personal strategy for managing stress

• Understanding the physical, emotional, social, behavioural impacts of stress
