Project Manager, Water Services

POSITION SUMMARY:

This temporary position is responsible for implementation and project management of the Accelerated Meter Replacement Program on behalf of the Water Services Division. This position is required to liaise within the department and throughout the organization, including Procurement, Building Services, Engineering and Capital Infrastructure Services, Finance, as well as external Contractors to effectively coordinate and deliver 26,000 customer meter replacements within the established schedule, budget and scope.  Reporting to the Manager of Operations, and guided by the goals and objectives of the City of Guelph Corporate Administrative Plan and Values of integrity, excellence and wellness, the candidate will enhance asset renewal and support equity and fairness in water and wastewater customer billing practices while aiding in the achievement of the community vision – to be the city that makes a difference.

$44.06-$55.07 per hour
