JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Technical Services & Compliance is responsible for the execution and direction of the division’s capital works program in addition to the enforcement of the sewer use by-law, environmental monitoring, laboratory services and related programs. Reporting to the Division Manager, Wastewater Services, this position provides managerial oversight for the division’s capital projects and compliance programs including environmental protection and laboratory services; with a focus to ensuring attainment of the division’s goals. In addition, it is responsible for providing support for the division’s health & safety program and management of the cross divisional technical support team. Guided by the goals and objectives of the City of Guelph Corporate Strategic Plan and committed to the Corporate Values of integrity, excellence and wellness, the candidate will aid in the achievement of the Community Vision – to be the city that makes a difference.

SALARY$95,371.24-$119,214.05 per year
